Beyond Document Counterfeiting

With unwavering resolve, they established and operated 55 orphanages, orchestrated the smuggling of nearly fifteen thousand Jewish individuals across the Hungarian-Romanian border, and dispatched couriers to rural Jewish communities, alerting them to the impending Nazi atrocities.
